Ross draws from his family’s rich 120-year legacy in agriculture. His deep-rooted understanding of quality control, efficiency, and integrity in agricultural production seamlessly translates to the co-packing world. This unique background enables him to offer clients valuable insights and innovative solutions, setting FBC apart in the industry.
Nikolaus Lischerong, Owner
Nick Lischerong, co-owner and investor at Frogmore Bottling Company® (FBC), brings 25 years of manufacturing and global trade expertise to the team. His role encompasses overseeing critical business areas including legal, taxation, insurance, negotiations, marketing, finance, strategic planning, and M&A activities.
Will Collins, Executive Chef
Will has been an integral part of the Frogmore Bottling Company® team since day one, bringing over 23 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, including 6 years in food manufacturing and co-packing. At Frogmore Bottling Company®, Will is responsible for all culinary development and client communications, research and development of Seaside Grown products, training, procurement, and daily operations oversight.
Greg Moore, Chief Manufacturing Officer
With more than 17 years of experience across highly regulated and large-scale manufacturing environments, Greg Moore brings a deep operational background to his role as Chief Manufacturing Officer at Frogmore Bottling Company. His career spans pharmaceutical manufacturing, food and beverage production, and industrial manufacturing, with leadership roles at organizations such as Pfizer, Michelin, Alcami, and PL Developments.
Over the course of his career, he has held progressive leadership positions including Supervisor, Continuous Improvement Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and Business Unit Director. He has consistently driven measurable gains in safety, efficiency, and production performance. Notably, under his leadership, Michelin’s US7 facility in Lexington, South Carolina awarded his business unit “Business Unit of the Year”—a recognition of excellence in safety, discipline, and productivity.
In 2025, he was selected for the South Carolina Manufacturers Leadership Program through the Darla Moore School of Business, where he earned an Executive Education Certification following a statewide program designed to develop top manufacturing leaders.
At Frogmore Bottling Company, Greg is focused on scaling operations for growth—reducing waste, improving efficiency, and building the team and systems needed to support the company’s next phase. Known for his hands-on leadership style, he leads from the floor, working alongside teams to build trust, strengthen communication, and drive results. He believes that when safety, trust, and communication are strong, performance follows.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys time on the water, deep sea fishing, golf, and spending time with his family, often cheering on his son at sporting events.
Alex Kiehl, Account Executive
Alex Kiehl joined the Frogmore Bottling Company® team in 2020 after relocating to the Carolinas from Kentucky. She brings a strong foundation in marketing and sales, shaped by her experience at Four Roses Distillery, where she developed a deep understanding of brand positioning and retail strategy.
At Frogmore, Alex focuses on helping clients grow beyond production, working at the intersection of brand, sales, and retail. She partners with clients to prepare their products for market, identify the right opportunities for expansion, and navigate the complexities of distribution with a clear, strategic approach.
Her perspective bridges what it takes to build a strong brand with what it takes to perform on the shelf—helping clients move forward with confidence as they scale into larger retail environments.
Bethany Wiggins, Executive Support Manager
Bethany Wiggins is the Executive Support Manager at Frogmore Bottling Co., where she plays a central role in keeping operations aligned and projects moving efficiently from planning through production. Working closely with leadership, she supports daily operations, client coordination, and internal systems across the business.
Her work spans operations coordination, client relations, HR support, and administrative leadership, helping bridge the gap between production, management, and customers. Bethany is deeply involved in Frogmore’s co-packing operations, managing communication between clients and the production team while ensuring accuracy, organization, and follow-through at every stage.
Known for her attention to detail and ability to manage complex moving parts, Bethany helps provide the operational backbone that supports Frogmore’s continued growth and long-term partnerships.
Nicole Tindol,
Facility Manager/Operations Manager
Nicole has been with Frogmore Bottling Company® for 3 years, starting as a Food Safety Specialist. Now, she oversees production, inventory, and team management. Her skills include leadership, time management, problem-solving, communication, and adaptability. Nicole holds a master’s in Environmental Health Sciences from Georgia Southern University and is a certified food protection manager, reflecting her dedication to food safety and quality.
Victor Cortes Diaz,
Team Leader
Victor has been an integral part of the Frogmore Bottling Company® team for the past 3 years, bringing valuable expertise in equipment operation and maintenance to his role as Team Leader. Victor oversees the production team, ensuring that all machinery is in optimal condition to facilitate seamless operations. His attention to detail and technical proficiency have been crucial in minimizing production delays and maintaining smooth, efficient processes.
Olivia Towey, Director of Food Safety & Research and Development
As the Director of Food Safety & Research and Development, Olivia is responsible for quality and safety testing of products before, during, and after production. She also assists in new product development and procurement. Olivia appreciates the fast-paced yet highly collaborative and supportive work environment, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to work in different areas as needed.
Brycen Buchanan, Logistics Coordinator / Warehouse Manager
Brycen oversees the scheduling of trucks for incoming and outgoing shipments of ingredients and products across the United States. He also manages warehouse operations and inventory, ensuring that all eCommerce orders are efficiently shipped to customers from South Carolina to California. Additionally, Brycen steps in to assist with production whenever needed.
